DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND PROGRAMS PROVIDED
Licensure Certification / Re-certification
Certifications: Certified Faith-Based Community Counselor (CFMC), Certified Parenting Counselor (CPC), Certified Anger Management Counselor (CAMC), Certified Sexual Assault Counselor (CSAC), and Certified Domestic Violence Counselor (CDVC).
Recertifications: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Criminal Justice Specialist (CCJS).
Staff-In-Service Training (Policy & Procedure Licensure Standards, PMAB, CPR, First Aid / Safety)
The Staff-In-Service Training is a two-part / 24-hour program. This training is required for facilities licensed by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (TCADA) and whose employees interact with clients.
Part I:Policy and Procedure Licensure Standards. The two (2) eight-hour policy and procedure training is provided (1) to ensure that clients receive adequate and appropriate treatment, (2) to ensure that staff is adequately trained and competent to perform job duties, and (3) for professional development training required for new hires and current staff.
Part II: Preventive Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB), Basic Life Support (CPR), and First Aid / Safety training. The eight-hour PMAB, CPR and First Aid / Safety techniques are performed in emergencies and crises with clients and lay persons. These techniques are provided to teach health care providers’ (1) how to perform basic verbal and physical techniques in crisis situations, and (2) how to perform CPR and First Aid / Safety in emergencies.
All instructors are licensed personnel. In Part I, each trainee will receive a Certificate of Completion including 16 continuing education hours. In Part II, each trainee will be issued a two-year card for PMAB and CPR, and a three-year card for First Aid / Safety, and eight continuing education hours.

Income Tax Preparation and Notary Public Service
Income tax preparation and notary public services are performed as needed.
